Integrated Water Resource Managment

This City’s code establishes procedures, specifications, and limitations for the safe and orderly development and operation of recycled water facilities and systems within the City's service area (§6-8.700 et seq.). It discusses the adoption of rules and regulations to control such use as it is the City’s policy to appropriately reuse recycled water, through economically, technically, and institutionally feasible processes.

This ordinance aims to achieve conservation of potable water supplies by using recycled water for current and future demands. It provides requirements for the proper maintenance and use of recycled water.
