Creative Placemaking

This blog post discusses the history of creative placemaking at The Railyards, a transit oriented development in Santa Fe, NM, that supports several arts and culture initiatives. Partners motivated to preserve the history of the site came together to support a redevelopment project that supported arts and culture and contributed to an arts corridor. The area grew to include a performance center, open space, and public cultural events programming. More information on this arts hub can be found on their webpage.
