This guide analyzes the impacts that autonomous, connected, electric, and shared-use vehicles (ACES) can have on transportation systems in Florida. It provides strategies for addressing these new mobility systems, including a scenario planning framework, examples of projects that support ACES, and 18 policy strategies to shape transportation developments. Additionally, Appendix 3 explores how different levels of automation can impact transportation systems.
