Housing Supply Planning  |  Inclusionary Housing

This briefing paper draws on a study of more than 500 local inclusionary housing programs to address the questions of how inclusionary housing policies vary across localities and what makes local jurisdictions adopt these programs. The brief reports out on five common program characteristics of inclusionary housing programs that emerged from the study, and lists a number of jurisdictional characteristics that appeared to support inclusionary housing policy adoption.
