Housing Supply Planning  |  Inclusionary Housing

This guidance manual was written in response to an affordable housing needs assessment completed for Centre County, Pennsylvania. It is targeted at municipal officials working in partnership with developers, builders, nonprofits, and other concerned parties, and offers a step-by-step process for developing inclusionary regulations and policies. It discusses planning and zoning for inclusionary housing, and walks readers through the many considerations in creating effective programs.
