Housing Supply Planning  |  Inclusionary Housing

The city’s comprehensive plan addresses inclusionary housing in its Housing Element. The plan establishes a housing affordability goal (Goal H-3) and an associated policy of considering the development of an inclusionary zoning program to increase the City’s affordable housing supply (Policy H-3-7). Goal H-1 includes policies to increase housing supply and variety like integrating small housing types and varying densities and price points to meet the housing needs of the community.
