Social Equity

This report centers the issues of gentrification and displacement in the conversation of environmental justice. It does an assessment of five environmental justice communities, summarized in Figure 1 and in the Appendix, and lists findings and recommendations, which share how the EPA might better plan to prevent the displacement caused by environmental improvements.
