This case study examines National City, California’s effort to develop the Paradise Creek Affordable Housing Project, a transit-oriented infill development. It shares how the city worked with residents from the Old Town neighborhood to incorporate health issues in the Westside Specific Plan, which engage and inform residents and local officials on the community’s priorities.
