This guide outlines the seven elements of the Collaborative Problem-Solving (CPS) Model and describes how it is used to address complex community issues in distressed communities. Chapter 4 is a case study of a nonprofit organization from Spartanburg, South Carolina, called ReGenesis, which sought to address environmental, public health, economic and social challenges using the CPS Model.
