Housing Supply Planning

This report is a housing needs assessment for Washington, D.C., conducted on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. It provides a demographic and housing profile, outlines current housing needs, projects future housing needs and barriers, and shares policy and investment recommendations. Appendices D and E contain the affordable housing developer survey and discussion guide used in the production of this report.
