Housing Supply Planning

This report is a fair housing and equity assessment for the Boston metropolitan area and finds that segregation and discrimination have led to the inequitable distribution of housing burdens and benefits. It looks at demographic data to highlight regional disparities, outlines the federal, state, and local policy context, and summarizes key themes and recommendations. Table 1 lists each recommendation alongside their related finding and responsible partners.
