Housing Supply Planning

This report is a housing needs assessment for Malden, Massachusetts. It includes an analysis of existing housing conditions, a projection of housing demand, and a discussion of development constraints. Figure 18 illustrates which areas are constrained or unconstrained for new affordable rental housing development.
