Housing Supply Planning

This report is a housing needs assessment for Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It identifies challenges in the existing affordable housing landscape, projects future housing needs for specific populations, and shares stakeholder and client perspectives from a series of focus groups. It recommends five strategies to address current and future housing needs.
