Accessory Dwelling Units

The city's land development code permits internal, attached, and detached accessory dwelling units (ADUs) by right in two residential zoning districts (§105-1-3(3)). Use-specific standards address units per lot, owner occupancy, parking, maximum unit size, manufactured housing, and methods of adding an ADU.
