This model ordinance provides a template to help cities achieve fair and affordable housing goals. It defines an Affordable Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) unit, establishes incentives, and sets a maximum rent or sales price, time period of affordability, and other design and legal requirements.
