Food Systems

This toolkit discusses food systems and a harvest model that is aimed at filling in gaps with incorporating public gardens to further urban agricutlture and a sense of community. This toolkit utilizies concepts like urban agriculture programs, buidling partnerships, and fundrasing for urban food system programs.

Urban Agriculture

This toolkit provides information to help community gardens and partnering organizations develop, adapt, or expand their urban farming programs. It contains resources to help encourage collaboration and community engagement through and in urban agriculture. The section on urban agriculture programs addresses different areas, from community gardening and youth development to transitional job training and urban agriculture business development. Other sections of this toolkit discuss building effective partnerships, farm design and operations, program evaluation, and fundraising for urban agriculture.
