Accessory Dwelling Units

This city’s code permits attached and detached accessory dwelling units in any zone that allows for single family residences. A permit is required to build an ADU (§17.78.030). The code provides requirements and standards for attached ADUs (§17.78.040) and detached ADUs (§17.78.050).
