This guide provides resources for water management and land use planning. It intends to help Utah communities in developing land use strategies and actions that will help achieve water resource management goals. The guide includes sections on planning and goal setting, land use and development strategies that are water smart, watershed resilience and infrastructure, and water conservation and efficiency tools.
