This guide provides construction plans for 2- and 4-unit houses to be used in vacant land as infill housing. The houses are modeled from the concepts of the historic pattern book houses of the early 19^th century. The guide provides open access construction plans that are designed to fit in a 50x100 foot lot within an existing neighborhood. It also demonstrates updates to zoning and regulatory codes that would support the use of these plans.
