Scenario Planning

This functional statewide plan used scenario planning to inform the strategies in the plan. The plan describes the process of creating the scenarios, which include a 2050 baseline, a transportation focus, a land use focus, and a combined land use and transportation focus. The plan also includes the results of the scenario analysis.
