Housing Supply Planning

This Housing Action Plan supplements the Home in Tacoma project to increase housing supply, affordability, and choice of housing types in Tacoma, Washington. It provides background and project goals, growth targets, a housing policy analysis, recommendations, and existing conditions in the appendix. Recommendations are structured for housing policy actions, land use/zoning actions, and administrative and supportive actions.
