The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program offers funds to improve shelters and resources for individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness. The program funds five components: street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing assistance, and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
