This plan builds upon Casper, Wyoming’s goals to provide safe, connected, and comfortable transportation options for all current and future users. The plan is divided into Introduction, Complete Streets Policy, Complete Streets Making Big Impacts, Community Outreach, Complete Streets Design Guidance, Additional Complete Streets Supportive Elements, and Implementation & Maintenance.
