Complete Streets

This toolkit provides resources to implement complete streets in the Southern New Hampshire region. It acknowledges different solutions for rural, suburban, and urban communities. The toolkit is divided into four sections: Complete Streets Toolkit and Project Introduction, Planning & Policy, Design & Engineering, and an Appendix with pilot projects.
