Course Details
This presentation describes research focused on enhancing work accessibility (particularly workplace accommodations and transportation access) for the neurodiverse (ND) populations in the United States and Poland.
Presenters highlight practical applications of tradeoffs: remote work and participation accommodations vs. technology and design innovations. They discuss the roles and responsibilities of private employers and public-sector actors in addressing accommodation and participation problems that ND communities face.
