Al Zelinka, FAICP
Al Zelinka, FAICP, is a Director with Baker Tilly. He has served as planning manager and/or community development director for the cities of Fullerton and Riverside, CA, as well as city manager for the cities of Riverside and Huntington Beach. Prior to that service, Al was a planning consultant and served towns and cities in more than 25 states in the US. He is co-author of two APA publications: Placemaking on a Budget and Safescape.
