Building Coastal Resilience Through Capital Improvements Planning

Payne and Berginnis discuss what NOAA is seeking to achieve through the Regional Coastal Resilience program, as well as what the two organizations will be doing over the next three years as they complete the project “Building Coastal Resilience through Capital Improvements Planning: Guidance for Practitioners.”
